Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Forge new client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive sales initiatives to propel Cembro’s growth.
  2. Consultant Management: Regularly engage with our team of consultants to understand their aspirations, challenges, and feedback. Cultivate an environment where they feel seen, heard, and valued.
  3. Personalized Development Plans: Work closely with consultants to develop tailored growth and training plans, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to excel.
  4. Team Building & Culture: Organize team events, workshops, and feedback sessions to foster a sense of community, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  5. Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between consultants and senior management, ensuring feedback flows both ways and actionable insights are derived and implemented.
