Through workshops, we rapidly deepen your understanding of KPI. This creates common prerequisites, necessary for the subsequent steps in assignments, as well as in your own internal work.

To measure and collect results from customers, suppliers and co-workers
The methods and approaches are decided on a case-by-case basis.
To map all indicators, even those that are measured externally (by customers, resellers, partners etc.), we help you collect this information in several different ways. We may use interviews, surveys or other methods within our core business to collect information on your behalf.

VISUALIZE AND ANALYZE
Calculate, present and analyse you KPI indicators
You decide how and in which format you would like to get the collected information from the measurement presented. If you do not already have any analytic tools we can provide the result online through the tool Qanion Analytics (www.qanion.com/analytics ). A tool that is free of charge using its standard functions, which in most cases will be sufficient for analysis, calculation and visualization of KPIs.
When we deliver the measurement results via Qanion Analytics, we have done all preparatory work. You only need to log in using one or more valid user accounts to be able to view the results. All information in the tool can be exported, further calculated and interpreted so that informed decisions may be taken.

PRIORITIZE
Use your gained insights and prioritize the work for a positive development
The visualization of the measurement results of your KPIs enables you to analyse and interpret the results yourself. Gain insights that result in that you on your own can prioritize your improvement work internally, or externally together with partners.
